30‑day money‑back guarantee. Cancel within 30 days of your initial order to receive a full refund of hosting fees.

Reseller Hosting

15‑day money‑back guarantee on new reseller accounts. WHMCS license fees are non‑refundable.

What’s Not Refundable
  • Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, premium domains
  • SSL certificates once issued
  • Software licenses (e.g., WHMCS) and third‑party add‑ons
  • Setup fees, migration fees, or one‑time professional services
  • Payments after the guarantee window or for accounts terminated for policy violations
How to Request a Refund

Open a billing ticket at Support or email billing@ebihost.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
