How to File an Abuse Report

We take abuse seriously and respond within 24 hours.

Include these details
  • Exact URL(s) and/or domain names involved
  • Type of abuse (phishing, malware, spam, copyright, trademark, network misuse, etc.)
  • Evidence such as email headers, screenshots, and timestamps
  • Your contact information for follow‑up

Copyright (DMCA) notices

For copyright claims, provide a valid DMCA notice including the copyrighted work, infringing material location, your statement of good faith belief, and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We will review the report, contact the customer, and take action in line with our Terms of Service which may include content removal, suspension, or termination.

Phishing / Fraud

Provide the full URL and a screenshot. We prioritize takedown of credential theft pages.

Malware / Botnet

Share samples, VirusTotal links, or payload hashes to speed up remediation.

Spam / Network Abuse

Attach raw headers. We need sending IPs, timestamps and recipient details.

Yes, but including a reply email helps us request clarification if needed.

We acknowledge most reports within a few hours and aim to act within 24 hours.
